1. User Account

  1. You are not allowed to register or use your account through proxy, VPNs, hide my "ass", LAN Groups, Internet café, etc.
  2. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake information or share your payment processors with others.
  3. You are not allowed to log in to more than one account on the same computer or IP address. This includes family, friends, co-workers, and using your account on public computers.
  4. You are not allowed to use any VPS/Proxy server to access or use this website. We expect you to use this website from your personal device, using your real IP address. If you use a VPS/Proxy Server, your payout request will be rejected and your account will be suspended.
  5. Any attempts to overload our server will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
  6. If you bring any kind of prejudice to our website, its owner, or the staff team, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

2. Referrals

  1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
  2. We do not allow using services that sell referrals. Our staff will verify, and if your account is suspected of breaking this rule, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
  3. You agree not to be compensated for any loss of referrals due to inactivity, which may result in their deletion or suspension.
  4. You are never allowed to change your upline, which will remain private.

3. Payments & Purchase

  1. All your orders are final and non-refundable.
  2. All payments should be made through our website only.

4. Refund Policy

  1. The purchase of any Subscription from this website is non-refundable.

5. Anticheat & Account Suspension

  1. You should know that each time you attempt to engage in “fishy” activities, our system will save this log.
  2. If you try to "hack", "SQL injection", "XSS passthrough", and other similar activities, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
  3. You must not interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend your account for any valid reason related to our terms of service.
  5. If your account is suspended for any reason, you cannot request a refund, and your account will be "wiped" (stats, referrals).
  6. You may not create or use any type of emulator, or a program to automate the clicking process.

6. Liability

  1. We won't be liable for any delays or failures that are not directly related to us and are therefore beyond our control.
  2. We won't be held responsible for any of our users, advertisers, or advertisements, including every third-party company we depend on.
  3. We are not responsible for any tax payments for you on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
  4. We can suspend your account upon request if you do not agree to our terms.
  5. We are not responsible for the investments you make.
  6. We are not responsible for the activity of Direct or Rented Referrals, and by buying or renting them, you are fully aware of that.
  7. We have the right to change this agreement without prior notice to our members. We will send out a notice to all of our members about the new terms or changes made.
